Weekday Respite Care
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, giving caregivers a trusted daytime option with sliding-scale pricing and Medicaid STAR+PLUS acceptance.

Training & Community Support
Caregiver and professional education, support groups, and help connecting families with Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, and other resources.

The Clara’s Subsidy Fund
Grant- and sponsorship-supported assistance helps make care accessible, so families aren’t turned away because of what they can pay.

The foundation will steward day-to-day operations for the first location, listening closely to the families and neighbors it serves. What works in Pleasant Grove can become a thoughtful foundation for future expansion across Dallas.
Healthcare organizations will also have a resource to point families toward when long-term care questions arise one grounded in education, dignity, and a real connection to place.
