A shared aim

Make the next resource easier to understand and easier to trust.

We are creating a place where care teams can point families toward thoughtful information, future respite support, and a more human-scale vision for memory care.

How collaboration can help

Connect families to a fuller circle of support.

01

Refer with context

Help families find a grounded resource when they are beginning to explore memory care, respite, or community education.

02

Share what families need

Bring the questions you hear most often so future resources can be practical, accessible, and connected to real life.

03

Learn alongside us

Stay close to training and education designed to help the wider community approach dementia care with more confidence.

The small-home model

Specialized care at a human scale.

Clara’s House is being planned as a smaller memory care home in Pleasant Grove. The model is rooted in the belief that residents deserve familiar surroundings, meaningful relationships, and support shaped around the whole person.

The foundation’s role is to help steward the first location and learn from the families, neighbors, and professionals connected to it. We are building toward a model that can grow carefully over time.

Resources in the vision

Practical support that can travel beyond one front door.

Referral resources

A clear place to send families who need to understand what future memory care and respite support could look like.

Respite support

A future community respite offering that recognizes caregiver wellbeing as part of the care conversation.

Education and training

Classes and forums intended to make dementia education more useful for families, neighbors, and care professionals.
